Insurance:All of our therapists are fully covered for personal and product liability.
Cancellations:
We will need 24 hours notice on cancellation, failure to do so will incure 50% charge on cost of treatment booked. Cancellation 2 hours before treatment will incur a charge of full cost of treatment booked. This is simply due to loss of earnings for the therapists involved. We will endevour to keep all appointments booked.
Booking:
To book an appointment please either call us on 020 7727 0490 or directly on the website.
You can also e-mail us at bookings@dstress24.com. Booking lines are open from 10am to 7pm.
Payment:
We take full payment by credit or debit card after treatment has taken place. All details are kept secure.
Privacy:
All personal details are treated in the strictest confidence.
Other Information:
We reserve the right to refuse appointment requests and to leave an appointment if a therapist feels in any way uncomfortable with her surroundings. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notification.
