Cancellation
Please ensure you allow 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment on order to avoid a cancellation charge.
Appointments after 10pm
Appointments made after 10pm or follow on after 10pm a 50% surcharge applies.
Congestion Charge
Unfortunately, due to the high costs of travel in London, the Congestion Charge will be added to the final cost of any appointment booked with in the charging zone.
Parking payments
We always do our best to avoid usingparking meters. However, where necessary parking payments made by our therapists during their visits to you will be added to your bill.
